A materials yard that answers before the phone rings.

A materials yard's site rebuilt on Astro in English and Spanish, with a calculator, an estimator with printable quotes, an order builder that sends structured requests to the yard, 33 location pages, guides and a glossary. Every result is dated and sourced.

A concrete delivery site made fast, truthful and phone-first.

A concrete delivery site modernized for the phone: an Astro refactor without React, ordering terms written with the client, a tested concrete calculator, a quote form and 23 service-area communities. Site-wide JavaScript fell from about 230 KB to 5.5 KB.

An author site built like a classified file, not a book promotion: a free chapter reader, a self-hosted trailer, an events gallery, an awards page and a newsletter in the novel's own voice. The debut, DAMAGE CONTROL, won two 2026 awards.

Technical administration for Totallyamaha's three Yamaha snowmobile forums and the portal around them, since 2013. Their archives reach back to 2003, and the latest archived counts show about 1.9 million messages across the three forums.
