Agreement to Terms

WPAgency.xyz provides digital platform development, design, and related services including but not limited to:

• Web design and UI/UX

• Performance optimization
• SEO and digital strategy
• Long-term support and maintenance

Project Terms

Quotes and Pricing

All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is fixed based on the agreed scope of work. Changes to scope may result in adjusted pricing.

Payment Terms

For projects, we typically require:

• 50% deposit before work begins
• 50% upon project completion

Monthly retainer plans are billed at the beginning of each month.

Revisions

Our standard projects include reasonable revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.). By providing content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of completing your project.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you own all custom work created specifically for your project, including custom code, designs, and content. We retain the right to use generic components and showcase the work in our portfolio.

Third-Party Components

Some projects may include third-party software, plugins, or assets subject to their own licenses. We will inform you of any such components and their license requirements.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary content and assets as requested
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Maintain backups of your existing website (if applicable)

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or business outcomes.

We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPAgency.xyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed
• Deliverables for paid work will be provided
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
