Partnership review
Tell us what you're actually building.
We take on a small number of new partners each quarter. The form below isn't a contact form — it's the start of a conversation about whether the engagement should happen at all. We read every submission ourselves.
01 — Fit
Before you fill it out.
The most useful thing we can do up front is be honest about who the work serves and who it doesn't. Read this first.
This is for you if
- You have a real business with real revenue and a clear position you can articulate — even if the brand around it doesn't reflect that yet.
- You're hiring a partner, not a vendor — you want strategic input, not just execution against a brief.
- You're willing to invest at the level the work requires. Most engagements start at $15k; ongoing partnerships are scoped on the call.
- You can name a credential, a specialty, or a position that genuinely separates you from the rest of your category.
This isn't for you if
- You need a website built to a template by next Friday. We can recommend someone who does that well.
- You're shopping three agencies for the lowest quote. We don't compete on price; we compete on whether the engagement is worth doing.
- You're looking for an executor to take orders. Our value is in the strategic argument, not just the deliverable.
- You want guaranteed rankings, guaranteed leads, or any other guarantee a serious operator would never make.
02 — Submit a partnership review
Six questions. The answers determine the call.
We don't need a creative brief at this stage. We need enough signal to know whether we're the right partner — and to come into the call already understanding your situation.
03 — Already qualified?
If you already know what you need.
Returning client, current partner, or someone we've already exchanged a few emails with? Skip the form and put time on the calendar directly. Otherwise the review form above is the right starting point — it gives us context the call shouldn't have to.
Schedule a call directly ↗04 — Investment posture
How we scope engagements.
We don't publish a rate card because the work isn't transactional. The numbers below are anchors, not quotes — they describe the shape of engagements we typically run.
Strategic audit
From $4.5k
Independent diagnosis of your positioning, brand system, site architecture, and growth surface. Delivered as a written report with prioritized recommendations. Often the start of a longer engagement; works as a standalone too.
See the audit page →Project engagement
$15k – $150k
Defined-scope build: positioning rebuild, full site, e-commerce architecture, or 90-day systems sprint. Fixed deliverables, fixed timeline, integrated strategy throughout. This is most engagements.
Ongoing partnership
Quarterly retainer
Long-term operating partnership for clients who want strategic input across positioning, search, content, and growth on a continuous basis. Scoped to outcomes, not hours. Reserved capacity.
Not sure where you land? The review form is the right starting point. We'll tell you honestly what scope fits — and if a different partner would serve you better, we'll say that too.
