Our Services

We provide:

  • Custom WordPress website development
  • Astro website development for high-performance sites
  • Website migrations and performance optimization
  • Ongoing support and maintenance (optional)

Pricing and Payment

All pricing is transparent and provided upfront in writing. Projects start at $1,500. Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. We typically require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

Project Timeline

Most projects are completed within 30 days. Exact timelines are specified in your project proposal. Delays caused by client feedback or content provision may extend the timeline.

Ownership

Upon final payment, you own everything: your content, your code, your domain, your hosting. There are no recurring fees unless you opt for ongoing support/maintenance.

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in your proposal. Major scope changes may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support is available on retainer or pay-as-you-go basis. We don't disappear after launch. Support terms are outlined in separate agreements.

Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee our work will function as specified in your proposal. We fix bugs and errors at no additional cost within 30 days of launch. We build for longevity and quality.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project. We are not responsible for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. You receive all completed work up to termination. Refunds are prorated based on work completed.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
