Please read these terms carefully before using Wings & Prayers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wings & Prayers ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wpagency.xyz ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Wings & Prayers is a free-to-play aviation-themed trivia roulette game available on iOS and Android. The App includes:

  • Trivia questions across five categories: Aviation Trivia (AT), Geography Trivia (GT), Pilot Knowledge (PK), Stuff Happens (SH), and Identification (ID)
  • A spinning wheel mechanic to select categories
  • Fuel-based progression and survival system
  • Three flight modes: Student Pilot, Commercial, and Test Pilot
  • Lifelines (50/50, Double Time, Fuel Boost)
  • Route-based progression with passport stamps and pilot ranks
  • Global leaderboards
  • Optional premium features available via one-time in-app purchase

3. User Accounts

To access certain features (such as leaderboards, saved progress, and cross-device sync), you may need to create an account using your email address, Google sign-in, or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account

You may choose a display name for leaderboards. Display names must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe on any third party's rights.

4. In-App Purchases

Wings & Prayers offers an optional one-time premium upgrade ("First Class") available for purchase within the App, which includes:

  • All Levels Unlocked: Access to all routes and levels beyond the free tier (levels 7+)
  • Test Pilot Mode: The hardest flight mode with 100 starting fuel
  • 2x XP Multiplier: Earn experience points at double the rate
  • Full Lounge Access: Arena Challenge, Pilot Radio, and Terminal Stats
  • Future Content: Additional question packs, routes, or features that may be released over time

All in-app purchases are processed through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). By making a purchase, you agree to the respective store's terms and conditions for purchases. Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase confirmation.

Refund Policy: Refunds for in-app purchases are handled according to Google Play's refund policy or Apple's refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the respective store's support directly or email us at support@wpagency.xyz.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Wings & Prayers, you agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorised third-party tools
  • Manipulate or abuse leaderboard rankings through illegitimate means
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity through display names or other means

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Wings & Prayers — including but not limited to trivia questions, game design, graphics, animations, sounds, the spinning wheel mechanic, UI/UX design, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of wpagency.xyz and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wings & Prayers is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
  • The accuracy or reliability of trivia question content
  • The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wpagency.xyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues that may be transmitted through the App

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including, but not limited to, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
