What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account credentials and authentication data
• Game progress — routes completed, scores, XP, and fuel balance
• Pilot rank, streak data, and progression history
• Leaderboard entries and rankings
• Passport stamps earned
• Display name and avatar selection
• Settings and preferences
• In-app purchase records associated with your account

What Is Not Deleted

The following data is not deleted as it is not linked to your individual identity:

• Aggregated, anonymised analytics data (e.g., total games played across all users)
• Crash reports that have already been aggregated by Firebase Crashlytics

Timeframe

Once your request is received and verified, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete.

Please note that once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Any in-app purchases will also be disassociated from your account. If you reinstall the app, you will start fresh.

If you prefer, you can also request account deletion by sending an email to support@wpagency.xyz with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - Wings & Prayers". Include the email address associated with your account in the body of the email.
