The Challenge
ATCsforALL faced a critical "SOS" (Save Our Site) situation. Running on an aging vBulletin architecture with a hard-coded homepage and an massive, high-risk image gallery, the community was at risk of technical collapse. They needed a complete modernization without losing fifteen years of community history and millions of digital assets.
The Solution
We executed a complex "Digital Salvage" operation, migrating the entire community from **vBulletin to XenForo**. We re-engineered the hard-coded homepage into a flexible **WordPress ecosystem** for easier management. The technical "feat" was migrating the massive image gallery with zero data loss and building a "pure genius" **Searchable Swap Gallery** that restored a missing core community feature.
The Result
The platform is now lighter, faster, and significantly cheaper to host. The searchable swap gallery has revitalized member engagement, and the administration team can now update content instantly via WordPress. A legacy community saved and positioned for another decade of growth.
